ABOUT US

History
Continental Aircraft Support was founded in 1998 in order to provide technical support to air carriers and repair stations in the areas of quality control and capability expansion. In response to the growing needs of our customers, we added repair facilities and today operate as an FAA and EASA approved repair station with limited instrument and accessory ratings.

Mission
Our mission is to exceed our customer’s expectations by providing products of the highest quality, best value, on time – every time.

Markets Served
We are on the approved vendor lists of many foreign and domestic commercial and regional operators. Components serviced by our company are currently in operation throughout the world. Aircraft types covered include the Boeing 707/727/737/747/757/767, Lockheed L100/L188/L1011, ATR 42/72 and Douglas DC8/DC9/DC10 fleet.

Quality Control
Safety and quality is our primary concern. Our quality department is managed by inspectors that have over eighty years of combined commercial aviation experience with backgrounds in air carrier, military, and repair station operations. All inspectors are FAA licensed and hold airman certificates such as airframe and powerplant, repairman’s, and pilot licenses. Our quality manual sets forth the guidelines that are closely followed by all repair station personnel including continuous audits, training, and review of internal inspection systems. We always welcome any facility or source inspections by our customers at their convenience. A list of completed audits including FAA inspections is maintained by the quality department and is available for review.

Facility
Continental Aircraft Support is conveniently located near Miami International Airport (MIA) with available service to Fort Lauderdale / Hollywood International Airport (FLL). The main facility consists of our instrument shop, accessory shop, gyroscopic shop, and general offices. Additionally, we have two other satellite locations which house the fuel flow transmitter shop and test equipment engineering facility.
